We do not accept return or refund as teddies are personalised.

Birth Weight Teddies are not suitable for children under 10 years old.                                                         

DO NOT LEAVE the teddies with children under 10 years old unsupervised.

Weight Teddies and X`mas weight Teddies are not suitable for children under 5 years old.                                                         

DO NOT LEAVE the teddies with children under 5 years old unsupervised.

Teddies are heavy and there is a risk of suffocation.

Do not leave the teddies under direct sunlight to avoid the material fading. 

We recommend to keep the teddy in the white bag ($3) to keep out from the dust.
